Describe your day job
Changing the world one person at a time. I lead a firm of business pscychologists, improving corporate performance through an understanding of people. I work with the Public Sector and major blue chips, at board or senior management level. For the Professional Sector we deliver programmes that enable professionals to have impact, make Partner, develop indestructable relationships with clients and to develop business contacts with unshakeable confidence.
Biggest professional achievement
Creating the new model of leadership for NHS London for 2012 - oh, and building a company whilst recovering from brain surgery - balancing the books whilst learning to walk again is a fair achievement.
