Describe your day job
I am Head of the Land Assembly department in Manchester and advise on issues affecting the redevelopment of brownfield land. I currently specialise in town centre retail led regeneration but also provide Compulsory Purchase and Compensation advice to various public and private sector clients.
Biggest professional achievement
Appointed as Property Manager to advise GMPTE on the compulsory acquisition of land for Metrolink Phase 3.
