Partner in Corporate team. Specialise in M&A work, MBOs, Partnerships and LLPs, Joint Ventures. Advises on Corporate Governance matters, Public/Private partnerships with particular reference to Healthcare sector. Setting up of charities and advice to charity trustees. Responsible with two other partners for trainee recruitment and the delivery of the DWF trainee development programme

First female president of Manchester Law Society-1989.

No desire to do anything else except in dreams when I might be a virtuoso violinist!
