An exciting whirl of client meetings, brainstorms, one to ones with different team members and strategy sessions with senior management. Great fun, extremely challenging but immensely rewarding.
Biggest professional achievement
Building a marketing agency over 10 years from a standing start to be the leading independent agency in the North – the most satisfying aspect has been developing a team that is seen as the best around.

Who is your hero?
I don’t hero worship but certain role models for different reasons would be Steve Jobs (thinking differently), Joe Simpson (tenacity), Henry Kravis (commercial acumen) and my wife (brilliance)
