Describe your day job
I am a Management Consultant specialising in operational improvement, cost reduction, change management, process improvement and business intelligence. My client base varies from large listed FTSE clients through SMEs to owner managed businesses and start-ups, as well as the public sector (predominantly the NHS). My work takes me all over the UK and Europe, working with a variety of clients solving a wide range of problems for them - for example cost cutting / reorganisations, managing change, managing projects and project turnaround, redesigning business processes and working with Boards of Directors to improve management information.
Biggest professional achievement
Holding down a job whilst doing an MBA (so far, so good!), climbing Kilimanjaro (not professional!)
