For any membership organisation, satisfaction is the key to success. Therefore, in my role as Membership Manager it is absolutely vital that I communicate with our members at every opportunity and really listen to what their needs are. I work alongside the Membership Committee to ensure that those needs are met and consider ways that we can adapt our programme/activity to address any less than satisfactory areas.
A significant aspect of my job is managing the Discussion Group and Seminar Programme which provides the opportunity for our members to share ideas and demonstrate their knowledge and best practice to other members through leading debates, panels or seminars on a range of topical issues.
