Who Qualifies

Financial and professional companies which qualify for membership include (but not exclusively) banks, accountants, lawyers, corporate financiers, insurance companies, financial services, venture capitalists, IFAs, asset financiers, stockbrokers, and professional property organisations including architects and chartered and quantity surveyors, plus organsiations which form part of the direct professional supply chain including: universities, other property companies including project consultants, interior designers, office fit-out and developers, management consultancies, marketing and PR, HR and recruitment , H&S, training and IT.

Criteria for new members

1. Must have a permanent staffed office in Greater Manchester or the surrounding areas
2. Must demonstrate themselves to be of a reputable nature
3. Must add value to the supply chain of the F&P sector and the overall regional economy of Greater Manchester, offering a service to a company not an individual
   

References may be requested.

This is a corporate membership only and subscriptions are based on the number of staff employed in your Greater Manchester office.
