Alison Loveday is a partner at Law firm Berg and became its first Managing Partner in 2007. As part of her responsibilities for running the practise she considers a critical role to be the ongoing development of talent within the business.
Alison was instrumental in setting up the firm’s Employment Department which continues to thrive but has always maintained her interest in commercial litigation – advising on board and shareholder disputes, confidentiality and restrictive covenant issues and financial litigation generally.
More recently she is at the forefront of Berg’s drive to recover compensation for clients in financial mis-selling claims.
Alison is a huge advocate for pro∙manchester and heads up pro∙manchester’s L&D Forum. She was voted into position as Vice Chair of pro-manchester in July 2015.
