Deborah joined Brabners Chaffe Street as Head of Business Development in March 2009, prior to which she was Director of Marketing at Pannone for 9 years. Deborah was one of the first marketing professionals to develop business strategy and marketing services for law firms having begun her career in 1988 as Director of Marketing with Eversheds, followed by a move to Beachcrofts (or Vaudreys as it was then) in 1995.

Deborah has been involved with pro•manchester for some time and was Chair of the Communications Committee for 3 years before taking up the role of Chair of the Business Development Committee in May 2009.
