Huge success at the MIMA awards as the young talent of Manchester were celebrated

Last night The Made in Manchester Awards, brought to you by future pro-manchester celebrated the best of Manchester’s young talent in the financial and professional sectors.

Held at the Hilton Hotel, Deansgate and hosted by radio presenter Tim Cocker, the stylish awards celebrated excellence in innovation, entrepreneurial spirit, training and development and leadership.

Winners of the evening included young talent from businesses including EY, BNY Mellon, Four Recruitment, Neighbourhood, Altium Capital, Creative Tourist, Carfinance247, St John’s Buildings, James Roberts Hairdressing Petal & Co, Millennium Powerhouse plus Capital&Centric.

Reg Rix of Carfinance247 received the Entrepreneur of the Year award with huge success in defining the market plus an impressive growth story and fantastic financial success.

The highly anticipated award of the evening, The Chairiman’s Rising Star Award went to Andrew Trott-Barn of James Roberts Hairdressing for his commitment to the community. The judges were astounded by his passion and felt as though he was a stand out candidate.
