Describe your day job
I form part of the Talent division at Wickland Westcott. We work with organisations providing services in executive coaching, assessment and development centres, executive assessment, leadership development, and team and board development. My days are hugely varied and might include anything from running a 1-2-1 executive assessment, designing an appraisal process or simply catching up with clients to check the progress of a longer term project. The variety suits me as I’m easily bored!
Biggest professional achievement
Gaining Chartered Psychologist status and winning Future Pro Manchester’s ‘Young Entrepreneur of the Year’
If you weren’t in your current profession what would you be?
I'd be running an empire of businesses made up of all my favourite things I'd start with a cocktail and cake bar
Who is your hero?
Paula Radcliffe. Her running style (awkward, head bobbing movement)has been criticised and isn’t conventional, and she had years of disappointment in athletics. But she kept on, trained harder, then went on to set some stunning records and became the one everyone wanted to beat. Off the track – she has opinions and will voice them!
