Mentoring Programme
 The Mentoring Programme is for leaders and senior managers of small businesses that have been trading for a minimum of a year. It offers a priceless opportunity to learn from and be inspired by an experienced senior business leader or manager.
The scheme will operate on a cross sector basis and will match leaders and managers in smaller businesses with highly experienced, knowledgeable Mentors who will use their experience and expertise to support personal development and therefore the performance of the business as a whole.

We would like to hear from you if you are keen to get involved, either as a Mentor for the programme or if you feel you would benefit from receiving mentoring.
