Our Board
pro∙manchester is a not-for-profit company limited by guarantee, governed by a non-executive Board of Directors made up of senior individuals from within our membership.  

The purpose of the Board is to define the strategy and long-term aims of pro·manchester and to ensure that it is meeting the ongoing needs and wishes of the members.

How can I join the Board or the Committees?

We encourage a diverse representation of all membership on our board and committees. If you would like to get more involved in how pro∙manchester is run, you can be nominated to join one of our committees.  If you feel you can contribute to the running, your company can nominate you for board.

How are the Chairman and the Officers appointed?

Nominations for the Officer positions are made and agreed at the Annual General Meeting in June for a period of 12 months. 

When is the AGM Held?

The Annual General meeting is held in June each year. All representatives from our members are welcome to attend but only nominated members or their proxy’s can vote.
