My day job can vary wildy and involves everything from setting the practice marketing and business development strategy to managing our reputation, organising our events, pitching for work, training partners and staff on communication and developing new services. Most days are highly pressured, mentally challenging and to be honest quite exhausting, but I wouldn't change it for the world.
