	Robina Williams Business Development Executive Part of the pro·manchester team since May 2010
Describe your day job
I am responsible for working closely with the Business Development Manager to build on pro-manchester's growing membership base. I am responsible for managing relationships with existing members and handling all new membership enquiries. I am also responsible for managing the Property, Risk Management and Business Solutions topics as part of the discussion group programme. In addition I am responsible for the management and maintenance of our in house CRM system.
