Manchester University Careers Service Employer Liaison Team manage employer engagement initiatives that enable employers to mentor and develop students’ employability skills, to recruit undergraduates on placements, graduate interns and to meet and recruit talented the workforce of the future.

Mentoring
Manchester Gold (University of Manchester) matches students with a mentor from business to learn about their industry, their job, etc. The mentor’s commitment is around 12 hours which includes an induction/training session and four meetings with the mentee.
