Join members of the Glaisyers ETL Employment Law Team for an engaging and informative session which will guide employers through effectively handling disciplinary processes and grievance procedures and the relationship with unfair dismissal laws. This training will provide you with the knowledge and skills to carry out fair disciplinary investigations and hearings, outlining common issues and how to deal them.

The session will also provide a valuable insight into handling employee grievances, in particular how to conduct investigations and grievance hearings, problem areas and an overview of employment tribunal claims which can arise from failing to properly handle grievance processes.

Don’t miss this opportunity to gather key information which could help employers avoid the financial and reputable damage of an employment tribunal claim
