Myerson Shortlisted in Three Categories at the Modern Law Private Client Awards 2026

Myerson Solicitors has been shortlisted in three categories at the Modern Law Private Client Awards 2026, recognising the work and expertise of its Private Client team.

The Top 200 UK law firm has been shortlisted for:

• Private Client Team of the Year – North of England
• Private Client Trusts, Tax & Wealth Planning Team of the Year
• Probate & Estate Administration Team of the Year

The Modern Law Private Client Awards celebrate excellence across the private client sector, recognising the individuals, teams and firms delivering high standards of legal expertise, client service and innovation.

The nominations recognise the breadth of the firm’s Private Client offering, which includes advice on wills, trusts, estate administration, inheritance tax planning, succession planning and wealth preservation. The team also advises on complex matters involving family businesses, property portfolios, international assets and family investment companies.

Led by Bik-ki Wong, Head of Private Wealth and Head of Wills, Trusts and Probate, and Partner Clara Staunton, the team works closely with colleagues across the firm’s Corporate, Commercial Property, Residential Property and Family departments to provide integrated advice where personal, family and business interests intersect.

The nomination for Private Client Trusts, Tax & Wealth Planning Team of the Year recognises the team’s work advising clients on the preservation and transfer of wealth, including trust structures, succession planning and inheritance tax matters.

Meanwhile, the shortlisting for Probate & Estate Administration Team of the Year reflects the team’s experience in administering complex estates and supporting executors, trustees and families through the estate administration process. Through Myerson Trust Corporation, the firm also acts as a professional executor, trustee and attorney where independent oversight is required. Commenting on the shortlisting, Bik-ki Wong said:
