A leading property consultancy has announced a trio of promotions in the North West.
Fisher German has promoted Sam Guest to Senior Surveyor in the Advisory Services division in Manchester.
And at its Knutsford office, Hollie Cammiss is now an Associate in the Property Management & Consultancy division and Mikki Burton is a Senior Surveyor in the Agency division.
Sam works across a range of commercial and residential property in the valuation & professional practice team and successfully passed his Assessment of Professional Practice Competence (APC) exams in 2024 to become a Chartered Surveyor.
“Since passing my APC around this time last year, I have pushed on to take full responsibility for completing valuations, quoting on potential work, and managing clients for a range of asset classes and instructions,” he said.
“I have been given the opportunity to further contribute to the team through my responsibilities with our valuation template provider, and I have often taken the time to support graduates with their development and the APC.
“I am extremely grateful to those who have provided me with the opportunity to take on more responsibility and develop my experience over the past 12 months.
“Going forward, I want to continue building on my knowledge and confidence as a valuer at Fisher German.”
Phil Winckles, Partner and Head of Valuation and Professional Practice at Fisher German, added: “We are delighted to announce these latest promotions within the business. It is testament to the hard work of those individuals and highlights Fisher German’s commitment to assisting colleagues with opportunities to progress in their careers.”
Fisher German LLP has promoted 50 colleagues across all areas of the business following a decision to refresh its branding to position it as a pioneering, driven consultancy with trusted experts who share knowledge across the business and provide substantial added value to clients.
The firm has also updated its external branding to reflect a shift in mindset, a change in its growth strategy, and its future ambitions.
Many of those promoted have also been taking part in Fisher German’s Big 25 Challenge – an epic journey between the firm’s 25 UK office locations with a ban on motorised transport – to raise money for 25 different charities.
The challenge is due to end on Thursday October 30th as the team finally makes it back to its London office in the City after starting the journey in May.
Richard Benson, Senior Partner at Fisher German, said: “These promotions shine a spotlight on the very best of Fisher German and recognise colleagues who have worked so hard in support of their clients and the business.
“All our promotions align with Fisher German’s Grow Framework which helps colleagues understand how to drive their careers forward at the firm.
“I’d like to congratulate every colleague who has been promoted, which plays a massive part in ensuring Fisher German continues to build towards the future in all areas of the business.”
