Pareto Financial Planning launches podcast to empower young people with financial confidence

Pareto Financial Planning has launched a new podcast designed to provide young people with the knowledge and confidence to make informed financial decisions, without the complexity often associated with the subject.
The podcast, Make Money Make Sense, delivers clear, practical and jargon-free guidance on topics such as budgeting, saving, investing and long-term financial planning.
Hosted by Mark Singh, an Independent Financial Adviser at Pareto, each episode features insights from the firm’s team of advisers. Combining professional expertise with real-life experiences, the series offers a relatable and informative resource for those at the beginning of their financial journey.
“Give a young person the right tools to make smart financial choices and you’re setting up future generations for success,” Singh explains. “That’s why we believe so strongly in investing in young people’s financial education. It’s the kind of investment that pays off for years to come.”
Pareto recognises that, without the right support, young people can easily develop poor financial habits or miss valuable opportunities to grow their savings and earnings. The firm is committed to making financial education accessible to all, with a particular focus on supporting young adults starting their careers or university studies.
To complement the podcast, Pareto is also developing a structured work experience programme in partnership with Luna Investment Management, launching next summer. Open to students from GCSE to university level, the programme will offer hands-on experience across a variety of roles within a financial planning firm, from administration to advisory. It aims to provide a comprehensive introduction to the finance and investment sector, helping participants explore potential career paths and gain meaningful industry insight.
Through these initiatives, Pareto Financial Planning is not only simplifying finance for young people but actively investing in their future and empowering the next generation to make confident, informed financial decisions.
The podcast will be available on Spotify to stream, with the roll out starting from the second week of November. Pareto also welcomes collaboration with businesses, schools and organisations that share their passion for empowering young people through financial education. If your organisation supports youth development or could benefit from partnering on the upcoming work experience programme, Pareto encourages you to get in touch and be part of shaping a financially confident future generation.
