Creating a family can take many different paths. Join us for an engaging evening of discussion and debate as we bring together legal expertise and lived experience to explore the realities of building families today.

The session will be led by Rose Marie Drury, Mills & Reeve fertility law and surrogacy specialist, who will provide an overview of the legal framework surrounding fertility treatment, surrogacy and family creation. She will be joined by guest speakers who have each taken different routes to parenthood, including adoption, fertility treatment and co-parenting within a same-sex partnership.

Join us for an open conversation with shared experiences, as we offer an honest insight into the emotional, practical and legal considerations involved in creating a family. Come away with a deeper understanding of the challenges, opportunities and support available across a range of family-building journeys.

Expect bold opinions, fresh perspectives and plenty of chances to share your own thoughts.
