Marriott Manchester Victoria & Albert Hotel strengthens MICE leadership with new senior appointment

Marriott Manchester Victoria & Albert Hotel has appointed Caroline King as Meetings, Events and Reservations Office Manager, reinforcing the hotel’s commitment to strengthening its position within Manchester’s thriving MICE sector.

Caroline joined the hotel on 17 November 2025, bringing with her nearly 20 years of hospitality experience across some of the city’s most respected hotel brands. Her career includes senior roles at Radisson Edwardian, where she spent seven years, alongside experience at Malmaison, King Street Townhouse, Hotel Football, and other leading Manchester venues. Having worked in the industry since 2005, Caroline has developed extensive expertise in proactive sales, client relationship building, and commercial strategy within meetings and events.

In her new role, Caroline will focus on strengthening local partnerships, developing long-term relationships with corporate and agency clients, and repositioning the Marriott Manchester Victoria & Albert Hotel as a leading destination for meetings and events in the city. Her appointment supports the hotel’s wider strategy to drive future growth and align closely with Manchester’s evolving business tourism landscape.
