I’m Litsa Smith, founder of Work With Litsa, a strategic mentor and coach working with leadership teams within fast paced, changing organisations. I bring over 20 years’ experience in operational leadership roles across organisations including L’Oréal, THG, Tesco and Warner Bros, which means my work is very much tailored to the realities of leading in complex, fast-moving environments.

I support corporate clients through Mentoring, coaching, leadership development and facilitated team workshops, helping leaders strengthen strategic thinking, improve collaboration and lead with greater confidence and clarity. I’m an accredited Everything DiSC® facilitator and help teams understand how they work, communicate and make decisions, so collaboration feels easier and more effective

I also provide strategic business mentoring to founders and directors of established service businesses, helping them create clarity around direction, structure how the business operates and make more intentional decisions as they scale.
