Myerson advises former Olympian Ellie Downie MBE on the opening of second Embrace Wellness Studio in Stockport

Myerson Solicitors has advised Ellie Downie MBE, founder of Embrace Wellness Studio, on securing a new lease for her second wellness studio in the centre of Stockport.

Ellie, a former Olympic gymnast turned wellness entrepreneur, has taken a further step in growing her health and fitness brand by opening a new Embrace Wellness Studio, which is set to launch on 24th January. The new site follows the successful opening of her first studio in Old Trafford and marks an exciting expansion for the business.

Myerson’s Commercial Property Team acted for Ellie in securing a three-year lease, supporting her throughout the transaction to ensure a smooth and timely completion. The letting agents on the matter were MBRE.

Embrace Wellness is one of the newest reformer Pilates studios to open in Greater Manchester, offering a wide range of classes suitable for all abilities, including Control and Basics for beginners, SLT (Strength, Length and Tone) for intermediate clients, Burn for intermediate to advanced levels, and Flexibility classes open to all.
