Hello everyone, my name is Jim Walker – Head of Client Services of Embryo.

Career highlight

Taking the Head of Client Services role with Embryo has to be the highlight. I’ve worked in CS/client-facing roles for my whole career, circa 10 years, and my goal was always to work my way into a position where I can support a wider group of CS professionals with their own development and goals for their career.

What are your priorities for 2026?

Having relatively recently taken the role of Head of Client Services, my main priority is to settle into the role and ensure the team is set up for individual success, as well as delivering for all of our clients.

Embryo has some ambitious plans for the years ahead, and as client services, we play such an important role in managing our and our client’s successes – if I can contribute to supporting this come to fruition across my team, then I’ll consider it a job well done!
