This pioneering start-up led to Procure Plus, now a market leader in the social housing procurement field, buying over £200m of goods and services annually while delivering social value through its procurement solutions.

Our long experience means we know the sector inside-out. We’re controlled by social housing providers and our board members all come from the landlords that we serve – housing is in our DNA. It’s important to us that our procurement solutions not only deliver value for money, but also create lasting social value for communities year after year. As a not-for-profit, any surplus we make goes straight back into our communities, funding training and development for people who find themselves distanced from the employment market. Over the last five years, we’ve helped more than 2,500 people into work.
