Global employee experience platform Haiilo has tasked strategic marketing communications agency MC2 with strengthening its corporate profile and customer-facing communications to raise awareness of the brand across key markets.

Haiilo, which is backed by Marlin Equity Partners and has offices in Manchester, London, Hamburg, Helsinki and Boston, specialises in supporting large enterprises operating across multiple offices and geographies. The company’s technology makes it easy for every employee to find their flow by simplifying the digital workplace, creating more productive and engaged teams. With over 1,000 customers, including Google, Coca Cola, Vorwerk, Ritter Sport, and Rabobank, and more than 3.5 million active users, Haiilo’s platform is transforming the working environment and creating momentum for household names across the world.

Experienced CEO Andrew Avanessian was appointed as CEO in 2024 with a clear mandate for growth and global expansion. Under his leadership, the business has grown its footprint across Europe, the UK and the US, and Haiilo is now focused on increasing market share by strengthening its brand presence in these regions.

MC2 has been onboarded to help Haiilo define its strategic positioning and proposition to clearly articulate its value to enterprise customers. The employee-owned agency is also responsible for devising and delivering a communications strategy that builds visibility, credibility and demand amongst multiple priority audiences to help engage prospective customers.

Haiilo is the latest addition to MC2’s roster of retained technology clients, which includes global cyber security specialist NCC Group, AI-readiness expert ANS, digital media company KOMI Group, technology solutions provider TalkTalk Business, and consent and preference management company Syrenis.

Andrew Avanessian, CEO of Haiilo, said: “As we continue to scale internationally, it’s crucial that our communications activity reflects both the ambition of the business and the value we deliver to customers. MC2 brings a strong understanding of how SaaS businesses like ours operate, alongside a strategic, insight-led approach and a global network, making them the perfect partner to support our next phase of growth.”

Lucy Giles, Director of MC2, added: “Haiilo is tackling one of the most pressing challenges facing large organisations today – creating clarity, connection and engagement in increasingly complex digital workplaces. As the business strengthens its market presence, our role is to sharpen its positioning in a crowded category, and translate the strength of the platform into a clear, distinctive narrative that resonates with buyers and supports sustained growth.”
