Catalyst12 is a Manchester-based business consultancy founded by Phil Woodbridge and Sam Philip.

We work with businesses that are growing — or want to grow — but where that growth has started creating problems the current setup can’t solve. Commercial debt builds up. Operational debt builds up. And without the right foundations in place, scaling just makes both worse.

We go in and sort it, not as consultants who diagnose and disappear but as an embedded CRO and COO who do the work, build the structure, and hand it over properly.

We work three ways depending on what a business needs:

• A fixed 12-week embedded programme

• A retained advisory arrangement across 6 or 12 months for businesses that need the same framework at a steadier pace

• Ad hoc fractional commercial and operational projects where the focus is more specific
