Two AM Launches £100/Month ‘FlightPath’ Programme to Help Tech Founders Reach Investor-Readiness

Two AM, a B2B marketing consultancy, has announced the April launch of FlightPath, a 12-month structured coaching programme designed to help early-stage tech start-ups achieve market clarity.
The programme provides bootstrapped, pre-revenue start-ups with senior B2B marketing guidance for just £100 per month. This offering serves as a cost-efficient alternative to hiring junior executives or engaging mid-tier agencies with high minimum retainers.
FlightPath is specifically tailored for founders building innovative solutions while working full-time, helping them capture the evidence and market positioning required by early adopters and future investors.
“We built this because we kept seeing founders pushing out content before they’d figured out who they were talking to,” said Michelle Smith, co-founder of Two AM. “FlightPath is designed to stop that happening. Strategy first, always”.
The 12-month journey is divided into two distinct phases:
- Months 1-7 (Strategic Foundations): Focuses on customer and competitor analysis, messaging development, and pitch deck refinement.
- Months 8-12 (Tactical Support): Founders unlock a credit-based system for social amplification, asset reviews, and short-form content.
Throughout the programme, participants receive monthly 1:1 strategy calls and unlimited access to a library of curated templates. To ensure high-quality delivery and meaningful peer support, the community is capped at 30 founders.
Two AM co-founders Alex Mocock and Michelle Smith bring nearly two decades of enterprise experience from companies including Red Hat, ServiceNow, and Fujitsu.
