With funding harder to secure and expectations higher than ever, businesses need a sharper approach to finance. This session is built for Greater Manchester businesses looking to move forward with confidence, whether that means stabilising cashflow, funding growth, or preparing for investment.

We’ll explore how the finance landscape has shifted and what that means in practical terms for your business. You’ll gain insight into the funding routes available right now, alongside clear guidance on how to strengthen your financial position and present a compelling case to lenders and investors.

From improving forecasting and managing cash effectively to understanding what drives funding decisions and how to avoid common missteps, this session will give you the tools to act decisively. Walk away with a realistic view of your options and a stronger plan to secure the funding your business needs.
