I’m Tess, recently promoted to Head of Sales and Marketing for Royal Nawaab Pyramid. I hold a BSc Hons in Events Management and an MSc in International Events Management, and I’ve spent my career delivering events around the world. I’ve been brought on at The Pyramid with one clear mission: to dominate the corporate events space in Greater Manchester.
Career highlight
It’s hard to pick just one! A few standout moments include delivering JP Morgan’s Northern Flagship Event, the first of its kind outside of London. The Aston Martin launch of the Vanquish, and organising Manchester City’s Corporate Christmas Party, combining both B2B with creativity.

The quality; of the member organisations, the businesses involved, and the people who work at pro-manchester themselves. It’s a genuinely impressive community.
What are your priorities for 2026?
Royal Nawaab Pyramid to become the most used venue for Greater Manchester by 2026.
What do you think are the most important things going on in Manchester at the moment?
The investment of Greater Manchester, neglected for a while and now becoming a priority.

Royal Nawaab Pyramid – free parking and great food.
Are there any particular types of businesses that you would like to meet?
Businesses who want to market their product/ service by an event. Companies who want to book their Corporate Christmas Party at the Pyramid.
