Mills & Reeve has announced the promotion of 17 people in the North West, including one person to partner.
Effective from 1 June 2026, 17 people have been promoted in the firm’s Manchester office across a wealth of roles and practice areas. This includes corporate, commercial, real estate, employment, regulatory, family, and insurance disputes, as well as business services, reflecting the breadth of the firm’s client offering and continued investment in key sectors and regions.
As part of the latest round of promotions, Andrew Moore has been promoted to partner in the family team.
Andrew is a family law solicitor, acting predominantly for business owners. He leads the family and children team’s business sector nationally, advising on a range of complex and sensitive matters, including financial arrangements and relationship breakdown.
Chris Ross, partner and head of office at Mills & Reeve in the North West, commented: “Firstly, huge congratulations to everyone who has been promoted – people who have demonstrated strong commitment, hard work, and a real appetite to succeed. Each person brings deep expertise and strong client relationships to our Manchester office, and they will play an important role in shaping the future of the firm – both in the region and across our key markets.”
Overall, 97 people have been promoted at Mills & Reeve, including eight to partner. It takes the total number of partners to 195 across the firm’s seven offices.
Ross added: “The latest round of promotions shows our continued investment in supporting, developing and empowering our people, as we strive to deliver our long-term growth strategy. This commitment is reflected in our recent Investors in People (IiP) platinum accreditation – a standard we have proudly retained and one that is achieved by only 8% of assessed organisations.”
