SPARK Salford AI – Fully Funded SME Workshop (9 & 16 July 2026)

21st June 2026, 2:17 pm

Salford City Council is offering a fully funded, practical AI workshop designed specifically for SMEs across all sectors: SPARK Salford AI, taking place on 9 July and 16 July 2026.

This two-day programme supports businesses to digitise and automate lead generation and social media content creation, with a clear focus on driving more sales from their Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).

Delivered as a hands-on workshop rather than a theoretical course, participants will leave with a working, business-specific AI workflow already built and ready to use.

Who should attend

Businesses are asked to nominate two participants to attend both workshop days, ideally from different functions such as:

  • Marketing
  • IT / Digital
  • Operations
  • Sales or Business Development

This ensures the workflow developed reflects both strategic and technical needs within the organisation.

What participants will gain

By the end of the programme, delegates will:

  • Build an automated lead generation and content workflow tailored to their business
  • Learn how to use AI tools to streamline marketing activity
  • Improve targeting and conversion towards their Ideal Customer Profile
  • Leave with a practical system ready for implementation (not just training notes)

Funding and eligibility

This programme is fully funded by Salford City Council, supporting local business growth and digital adoption across the SME community.
