Myerson Wins at the Manchester Legal Awards for Workplace Culture & Wellbeing

Myerson Solicitors has been named “Corporate Culture and Wellbeing Champions of the Year” at the Manchester Legal Awards 2026, recognising the firm’s longstanding commitment to its people.

Organised by Manchester Law Society and now in its 17th year, the Manchester Legal Awards celebrate excellence across the legal profession in the North West.

Myerson’s distinctive culture has been built over more than 40 years. Today, as a 100% employee-owned business, every colleague has a genuine stake in the firm’s success and a voice in its future. Earlier this year, Myerson launched its TOGETHER core values, developed with colleagues from across the firm to reflect the behaviours and principles that define its culture. The firm has also established an Employee Engagement Committee, bringing together representatives from across the business to ensure employee feedback helps shape initiatives, policies and the future direction of the firm.

The Manchester Legal Awards win caps a successful week for Myerson. Earlier this week, the firm won “Private Client Team of the Year – North of England” and “Private Client Trusts, Tax & Wealth Planning Team of the Year” at the Modern Law Private Client Awards. The firm was also shortlisted for Corporate/Commercial Team of the Year, Property Team of the Year and Large Law Firm of the Year at the Manchester Legal Awards.
