Online Training: Building Resilience and Preventing Burnout (Part 2)
In today’s fast paced business world, organisations face constant change, shifting priorities andunexpected disruption. Resilient employees are better able to adapt, navigate uncertainty and remain focused, supporting both individual wellbeing and organisational performance.
However, resilience is not about simply pushing through pressure or accepting unsustainable workloads. Prolonged stress without adequate recovery, support or boundaries can lead to burnout, affecting energy, confidence, relationships, health and performance.
These sessions will explore practical ways to recognise the early warning signs of stress and burnout, manage pressure more effectively, recover from setbacks and build healthier habits at work and home.

- Creating a map of my current world
- What drains and what replenishes me?
- Live Problem Solving: The Circle of Control exercise
- Creation of personal plan & goals

About the Speakers:
Caroline has almost 20 years’ experience working with corporate organizations, both in the UK and internationally. As part of a dedicated team of wellness experts, she specializes in running corporate retreats that help professionals relax, refocus, and recharge.
With a strong background in mental and physical resilience, Caroline brings a unique mix of personal experience, neuroscience, and positive psychology to her workshops and retreats, helping people make meaningful and lasting changes.
She’s qualified in a range of psychometric assessments which she uses on retreats to help people improve their self-awareness and set powerful goals.
Kerry has 30 years+ of business experience in executive, tech, sales and marketing positions. She is a fully certified Co-active coach and ‘PCC’ accredited by the International Coaching Federation.
Coaching was a natural choice for Kerry, as someone who has is so engaging and passionate about people. Her strengths have always been encouraging others, building their confidence, and helping them take steps towards what they really want. She cares deeply about empowering people and seeing them flourish.
