EY strengthens North West business with new Partner appointment

North West, 14 July 2026: EY has appointed a new Partner in the North West, as the firm continues to invest in leading talent to meet client demand and support the growth of the business.
Russell Moore has been promoted to Partner in EY’s Indirect Tax team after 20 years with the firm. Russell joined EY from HMRC in 2006 and has since developed his expertise as a Value Added Tax (VAT) specialist.
Russell now works with clients from a range of industries, specialising in the health sector. Originally from Stockport, he is based between EY’s Manchester and London offices.
