Have your say – Voices of Young Professionals

JCI UK has commissioned a national survey to gather the views of young professionals aged 18-40, at any stage of their career, across the UK and Ireland.

The survey explores career aspirations, workplace priorities and professional development, with the findings helping to build a clearer picture of the opportunities and challenges facing the next generation of leaders.

We encourage you to take a few minutes to complete the survey and share it within your own networks.

The report will be launched at JCI’s National Convention in October and made publicly available, helping organisations better understand and support the next generation of professionals.
