Women’s Wellfest
19th August 2026, 9:32 am
Inspired by our own experiences, we wanted to create a day where women could come together, learn from experts, share experiences and focus on their own wellbeing.
This isn’t about perfection or having all the answers. It’s about creating a supportive and welcoming space where women can take time for themselves, build confidence, embrace who they are, and feel empowered to make choices that support their health, happiness and future.
So what can you expect?
The event will be hosted at Treehouse Hotel, Manchester on Saturday 12th September 2026 from 9:30am and will run until 4:30pm, you will be well fuelled throughout the day with wholesome food and drinks.
As busy women juggling busy lives we want to help you put yourself a little higher up the priority list, so we have co-ordinated a day full of insightful guest speakers who will cover a variety of topics:
- Let’s Talk Boobs led by Dr Sacha Howell PhD, FRCP – Senior Lecturer and Honorary Consultant in Medical Oncology & Vicky Blackmore – Prevent Breast Cancer.
- Women’s Health led by HCA.
- What Matters Now: A Practical Values Reset led by Dr Natasha Sayer – Chartered Consultant Clinical Psychologist and Executive Coach.
- Nourishment & Movement led by Feast & Flow.
- Physical Session – Yoga and Breath work led by Feast & Flow.
- Wellness – The Woman & The Wardrobe led by Nicola Fulstow – Personal Stylist and Founder of the Best Self Project.
Tickets are £50 each and £5 will be donated to the Christie Charity and each guest will receive a specially created goodie bag to take away with them.
Our hope is that every woman leaves feeling inspired, energised and more confident in themselves, with new connections, practical takeaways and a reminder that investing in yourself is one of the most important things you can do.
We really hope you can join us
