At our September HR Breakfast Club, Kuits’ employment team will be joined by our family law specialists to explore how HR professionals can navigate these situations with confidence, empathy and professionalism, supporting their people while safeguarding organisational interests. Alongside this, the team will provide a brief update on the Employment Rights Act and the key employment law changes taking effect in October.
Through practical, real-life scenarios, the panel will discuss the overlap between employment and family law, helping HR teams understand when specialist advice may be needed and how to respond appropriately within their role.
