Make a difference this World Menopause Month
Friday, 4th September 2026Host a webinar. Get Together. Start the conversation.
October is World Menopause Month, a great opportunity to bring colleagues together, start conversations about menopause, raise awareness and raise vital funds to help ensure no one suffers alone.
This year, we’re inviting organisations to get involved in two simple ways.
1. Host a Menopause Awareness Webinar
Help your employees better understand menopause and feel more confident talking about it at work.
Our one-hour Menopause and the Workplace Webinar, delivered by Jenny Haskey, CEO of The Menopause Charity, provides trusted, evidence-based information and practical guidance.
The session covers:
- What menopause is, common symptoms and its impact on future health
- Treatment and lifestyle options, and how to access support
- How menopause symptoms can affect someone at work
- How to talk about menopause confidently with colleagues
- How managers and teams can create supportive and inclusive workplace
The webinar is available for a suggested donation and can be tailored to your organisation, workforce and priorities.
2. Get Together and fundraise
Alongside your webinar, why not bring colleagues together, have fund and raise funds by taking part in our and take part in our ‘Get Together’ campaign.
There are lots of easy ways to get involved in the workplace. You could host a coffee morning, cake and cuppa afternoon, sponsored challenge, dress-down day or something completely different.
However big or small your ‘Get Together’, every event makes a difference, helping to ensure more people can access trusted information and support regardless of background or circumstance.
Why not do both?
Take part in one or both, every action makes a difference.
This World Menopause Month, let’s talk, ‘Get Together’ and make a difference.
