Anthesis appoints Tanya Lightbody as its first Chief People Officer in response to business growth and ambitions

Anthesis, the largest group of dedicated sustainability professionals globally and one of the UK’s fastest-growing private companies, has appointed human resources specialist Tanya Lightbody as its first Chief People Officer. Tanya will join Anthesis’ Global Leadership Team and report directly to co-founder and CEO Stuart McLachlan.

Tanya brings over 20 years’ experience in people and communication-related roles to Anthesis, having lived and worked across the world, spending the last eight years supporting sustainability-focused businesses within the private investment industry. Before joining Anthesis, Tanya was Group People and Performance Director at investment group Treïs and has also held senior global people and environmental roles at WorldRemit, Ark, and People Against Dirty, a Skagen Conscience Capital portfolio business.

As Chief People Officer, Tanya will be responsible for all aspects of Anthesis’ People Strategy, using her expertise in change and transformation through values and culture to focus on building a market leading employee value proposition, managing reward and remuneration structures, culture development, and further empowering our people to deliver meaningful impact with many of the worlds largest and most influential organisations.
