About the Speakers:

Steve Robson Global Head of Liabilities - HSBC

Steve Robson is the Global Head of Liabilities within Wealth and Personal Banking at HSBC where he is responsible for driving the execution of our Transactional Banking and Liabilities strategy and roadmap, balance sheet management, debit cards and liabilities optimisation.   Steve was most recently at Citi where he was the UK head of Treasury and Trade Solutions and was responsible for the UK business and the global client experience of UK corporates, following on from his role as the TTS head of Citi’s European bank based in Dublin.  He has extensive experience across liquidity management, payments and cards in Europe, the Middle East and Africa through his career in Citi and before that in Barclays and Barclaycard.

Jacqueline Kingham Director of Business Transformation - Raisin

Jackie Kingham is the Director of Business Transformation at Raisin, where she drives strategic change and operational excellence across the organisation. With over 15 years of experience in financial services and management consulting, Jackie is a dynamic leader with a proven track record of delivering complex, high-impact initiatives in fast-paced environments.Jackie joined Raisin in 2024 and is responsible for managing key partnerships, including with embedded banking provider ClearBank, and overseeing the first line of defence Anti-Money Laundering (AML) team. Her role is pivotal in ensuring that Raisin continues to innovate and meet regulatory standards while delivering exceptional value to customers and stakeholders.Before Raisin, Jackie spent over nine years at Deutsche Bank, holding several senior roles, including Global COO for Corporate Bank Risk Management Solutions. She successfully led global strategic initiatives to drive revenue growth, expand business footprints, and manage regulatory change programs. Her achievements include delivering operating model redesigns, overseeing global remediation programs, and preparing high-stakes updates for senior boards, including the Group Management Committee and Supervisory Board.

Steve Whiting Head of Payments Technology and Founding Member - Soldo

Steve is a self-confessed payments geek, with more than thirty years’ experience developing real-time payments transaction products and helping grow payments companies to scale.

Prior to joining forces with the Soldo founding team in 2014, Steve played a key team role in establishing Postilion for S1 as a global retail payments solution, and scaling Alaric to the point of acquisition by NCR by repositioning the incumbent products into an API-first payments and fraud prevention orchestration suite.

Inventor of Velocity Checking and champion of chasm crossing teams, his formative years were spent in the pioneering days of online real-time payments at companies like Logica, where he participated in developing, innovating and implementing new solutions. Having studied Computer Systems Engineering with AI at Sussex, Steve has always had a strong interest in the societal impacts of technology in particular in the context of computer assisted evolution and is a passionate advocate of “Fintech as a force for good”.

Kimberley Waldron Founder and Managing Director - Started PR / Co-founder SkyParlour

An award-winning advisor and entrepreneur, with over 15 years in the financial services and tech industry. Kimberley hosts the popular Get Started podcast, chairs the Manchester Fintech committee and is a long-term mentor for Rise by Barclays, Fintech Alliance and Fintech Circle. A regular on stage at events like Web Summit, Fintech Week London, Fintech Fringe, Finance Magnates and Fintech North, Kimberley’s insight also features in financial industry publications such as Fintech Magazine, Payments Expert, Verdict and The Fintech Power50 journal. Kimberley is board advisor to several exciting Fintech start-ups including ekko, Lemon and others soon to be announced.

David is an authority on IT, outsourcing and technology-driven procurement and digital transformation with a particular focus on clients in financial services and the technology sector. David regularly acts as lead advisor for customer and suppliers to deliver complex and strategic technology projects, collaborations and commercial contracts of all shapes and sizes. He is ranked as a leading individual in both Chambers & Partners and Legal 500, the independent guides to the legal profession. David is a published author and speaker who is regularly sought out for his industry insights. In 2018 David co-authored a ground-breaking research report on Open Banking, which is shaping the future of financial services.

Wayne Scott Regulatory Compliance Solutions Lead at NCC Group Software Resilience - NCC Group

Wayne manages NCC Group’s relationships with the global Financial Services regulators and has experience in software escrow, cyber security, and big data across the last three decades. As Regulatory Compliance Solutions Lead, Wayne co-writes NCC Group’s consultation paper responses relating to third party risk management, supply chain risk and operational resilience whilst ensuring all NCC Group products meet global regulatory requirements. Much of his time is spent advising systemic Financial Institutions and their critical suppliers on how to build ‘demonstratable successful stressed exit plans’. In his work with the Financial Services regulators, Wayne has directly contributed to recent regulations on operational resilience on a global scale, including in the UK, US, Europe, Canada, Switzerland, Australia, Singapore, and India.
