Natalie Howitt – Associate Solicitor

About the Speakers:

Stevi has specialised in Employment law since qualifying in 2019. She has a particular focus on Employment Tribunal litigation and has acted for Respondent clients across a broad range of sectors, both public and private, on a range of employment issues, including claims for unfair dismissal, disability discrimination, race discrimination, sex discrimination, whistleblowing and contractual claims. Stevi also advises on a wide range of non-contentious issues including redundancies, settlement agreements and general employee relations issues such as the handling of disciplinary, grievance and sickness absence procedures. Stevi also provides regular training sessions to clients and has experience of advising on TUPE related issues and providing support on corporate transactions. Stevi is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association.

Natalie graduated from the University of Liverpool with a 2:1 in her undergraduate degree in Law. She then chose to continue her legal education, completing her Legal Practice Course with a master’s in professional legal practice at the University of Law gaining a distinction. Natalie then completed her training contract at Knights PLC and qualified as a solicitor in 2021. She joined Glaisyers ETL in 2023 and has since been promoted to Associate.
She has experience in dealing with a broad range of employment law matters, including unfair/constructive dismissals, discrimination claims as well as dealing with non-contentious matters such as finalising contracts, reviewing staff policies and preparing company handbooks. Natalie also provides pragmatic and commercial employment law and HR advice, acting for employees and employers alike.
