• Introduce Yourself
   My name is David Berwick, and I’m from Poynton. I studied Biology at Coventry University, but soon realised that a career in science wasn’t the right fit for me. I was introduced to recruitment by someone working at a large IT recruitment company, and that’s where my journey began. I started out as a resourcer and quickly discovered how much I enjoyed helping people find their next career move. I’m not a traditional salesperson. What I really enjoy is supporting others, helping clients, and building meaningful relationships.

   A defining moment in my career was launching Adria Solutions in 2004. It was a bold step to take, but it gave me the opportunity to learn from past experiences and do things our own way.

   My main goals are to grow the business in a more strategic way, with a strong focus on AI, brand development, and expanding into new areas and locations.

   The rapid growth of the tech scene stands out. Manchester is emerging as a serious competitor to London in terms of talent and investment, and it’s exciting to be part of that momentum.
