DWF advises 1912 Hotels on first UK acquisition

DWF, the global provider of integrated legal and business services, has advised 1912 Hotels St Pauls Ltd, the newly established UK subsidiary of German-based 1912 Hotels GmbH, on its first hotel acquisition in the United Kingdom.

The transaction, which involved the purchase of St Pauls Hotel in Sheffield, marks the beginning of the group’s strategic expansion into the UK hospitality market.

The deal was led by corporate partner Alan Barnett and real estate associate Oliver Palmer, with support from tax senior associate Alex Tolcher, director Nigel Crebbin and licensing senior associate David Crank.
