Cash is king, funding is more selective, and investors want stronger evidence of traction and discipline. This session helps Greater Manchester businesses navigate the current finance landscape, whether you’re planning growth, managing risk, or exploring investment.

We’ll cover the options on the table and what funders are really looking for: improving cashflow and forecasting, preparing for lending conversations, investor-ready storytelling, and choosing the right finance route for your stage. You’ll hear practical guidance on strengthening your numbers, understanding deal expectations, and avoiding common mistakes that slow decisions down. Leave with a clearer view of what “fundable” looks like right now and how to get there.
