Founder of Hattrick, an award winning PR & thought leadership agency. The team specialises in the built environment and also provides accredited Carbon Literacy training. 

A Swedish national with an MA in Public Relations and a Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses alumni, she thrives on helping businesses build trust and credibility to achieve real stand out.

A board trustee for the UN-recognised Carbon Literacy Trust, Malin is a certified carbon literacy trainer and has developed several accredited courses for sales and marketing teams. 

She is a frequent speaker, panellist and contributor on how brands can navigate the transition to ‘net zero’ and communicate confidently including BusinessGreen, Ceramics UK and The Better Business Summit.

Founder of the Anti-Greenwash Charter, Charlie helps organisations communicate their sustainability and ESG claims with clarity, evidence, and integrity, reducing the risk of greenwashing and earning stakeholder trust.

The Anti-Greenwash Charter is a not-for-profit initiative helping businesses raise the standard of sustainability communication. Through structured reviews and tailored guidance, the Charter supports organisations in building transparency into their comms.

Charlie is on a mission to help organisations communicate honestly, act responsibly, and lead with greater confidence in a more accountable world.

 Her role blends technical expertise with a deep understanding of client needs, helping organisations create healthier, people-friendly spaces through high-performance, eco-conscious flooring.

 Alex also contributes to sustainable and circular events that reflect her commitment to sustainable design and circular economy principles. 

She joins the panel to share how Tarkett’s take-back and recycling scheme supported Sustainable Ventures’ in achieving its vision for SISTER.
