This practical half‑day workshop is designed for new and developing managers, as well as experienced leaders looking to refresh the fundamentals of effective people management. Participants will build confidence in the everyday leadership behaviours that shape performance—from setting clear expectations and empowering team members to delivering feedback and navigating challenging conversations with clarity and empathy.

The session explores what it truly means to lead beyond “getting things done”, focusing on how leadership style influences team culture, trust, and psychological safety. Through evidence‑based frameworks, real‑world scenarios, and collaborative discussion, participants will learn how to delegate effectively, promote ownership, and strengthen communication across their team.

Attendees will leave with simple, actionable tools they can immediately apply to improve team performance, accountability, motivation, and confidence in their role as a leader.
