LGBTQ+ Leadership and Allyship
This event will provide a taster of multiple modules from LGBT Foundation’s Training Academy and will provide information on LGBTQ+ terminology, trans and non-binary inclusion, how to make your workplace more inclusive, how to be an ally to LGBTQ+ people and how to support LGBTQ+ leaders.
About the Speakers:
Limor Best (she/her): Limor is the NHS Rainbow Badge Programme manager based at LGBT Foundation, and is passionate about encouraging equity and creating inclusive environments for LGBTQ+ people. Limor lives in Manchester with her partner and their cat Frank and when not in work enjoys going to the theatre, trying her hand at DIY and collecting more books to put on her already full (and a little bit wonky) bookshelves.
