Mental health and how to measure it properly
Our mental health and well being is not a new phenomena to any of us but the stress and anxiety of recent years has certainly raised the bar when it comes to taking care of our employees. At this event we will be exploring how businesses can better support their employees mental health and well being and better understand how we measure the impact to individuals and to businesses.
About the Speakers:
Zoe has over 8 years experience working in employee wellbeing and employee benefits. In her current role she leads a team who help workplaces become mentally healthy places to work. Zoe also sits on the UK Coaching Duty of Care Committee and is the LGBTQIA+ ERG Co-Chair at MHFA.
Zak Fenton has an MSc in Workplace Health & Wellbeing from the University of Nottingham’s School of Medicine and specialises in empowering organisations to make smart, data-driven, and evidence-based employee wellbeing and benefits decisions.
Together with their incredible team, Toby created Candle to make it easier and simpler for the world to help each other when we need it the most. Because for most of us, asking for help is hard. It’s got a stigma, it’s painful and sometimes we just don’t want to be a burden. A unique time in his life, caused him to seek support – but actually getting it was difficult in ways that it didn’t need to be.
